How much time do I have to return:
U have the right to return your order up to 30 days after delivery without specified reason of return. When wanting to return within 30 days we ask you to go to our return portal. When submitting an order for return u have another 14 days to ship it.
How much will be refunded:
The price of the returned product including the shipping costs will be refunded.
Shipment costs of the return are not covered and are at own expense.
How is shipping facilitated:
Shipping is facilitated through our return portal. In our return portal you can submit the product. Shipment will be facilitated, when you wish to manage the shipment yourself you need to take into account possible restrictions like shipment regulations. (For example returning oil abroad).
Condition of product:
When returning a product you should ship the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonable – in original packing.
When returning an assembled product you must return the complete assembly.

We will subsequently refund the order amount within 14 days of submission of your return if the return is received in good order.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Products made according to specifications entered by the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The sale is hereby finalized after a successful payment.
